Stops moving sometimes

Clark TM-20 E

TM-20 electric will move forward and back for a minute or two, then stops moving.Hydraulic functions work, but no fore/aft. Where should i start looking. Is there a manual available that shows how to check the relays

More information needed. Serial number for sure. I would start with checking the brake and, park brake switches. Then it's checking the inputs to the control card.
