Still RX20-20 \ Power supply for speed sensor - Error code 2815

Hi Friend,
Someone can help me to solve this serious problem :
- The truck serial No 5162150155xx (year arounf 2006).
- SU interagted 24VDC converter.
- I have just replace the faulty SU. ABE, MCU by the good ones from another truck.
- I have used Still Winflash to flash the new software for thhe whole truck with flash package " Rx20_15_20_103-0".
After that runtest the truck : lifting is OK but the truck can only run alittle bit then stops to alarm error 2815 then it can run very slowly again if you press the Acc. pedal,...
- I have change the new speed sensor but it makes no diffrent.
- I have checked from the laptop => "F4- Measurement" => drive 01/ drive 02 => " Drive motor RPM" : I see the speed has been changed during the I run the truck.
I have checked the power supply for 2 speed sensor left and right (pin 01 & 3) = 15 VDC > 10 VDC too much ???
I really do not know why? I wonder if the traction inverter (FU06 + FU07) are faulty and create a wrong power supply + 15 VDC instead of 10 VDC as expected ? or I have flash the wrong software for the FU inverters ?

Please help
