Spreader Forks

Hi
I have a set of spreader forks on a Jungheinrich ETVQ and im having trouble with them opening and closing up unevenly.does anyone have a proceedure on bleeding them up.
As always your advise is welcome.

only ones i have adjusted have screw in restrictor in pipe union at end of each ram
