I would be careful writing comments like this as it looks to me like you are in danger of committing libel.
I would check your facts regarding ownership of companies first and not air your grievances and dirty washing in public. It could back fire and look like TEP Technica is pursuing a personal vendetta against a specific person rather than following the correct and proper channels.
I wouldn't be surprised if you received some legal response OR WORSE regarding these comments.
I understand from them that you have in fact placed orders yourself with this company as recently as last week. Tom Brown from your company TEP Technica has ordered from this company, so I would be very careful not to look like a hypocrite or an IGNORAMUS at the very least.
This forum is designed to assist the industry in the supply of goods, I would suggest if you have issues regarding companies you deal with them another way, it would be alot cheaper for you to avoid being sued the **** out of.

the best answer is direct parts supply co uk
their prices are very reasonable. What they do is bench mark their discounts against the list price of the relevant oem.
alot of independent suppliers are selling regardless of oem prices and in many cases are selling in excess of manufacturers list price.
I use them all the time for all brands

JUSTINMcLIFT- Why don't you set an account up with me if you have no were to go. I am a full stocking yale dealer and have full access to s.m.h.

Im my opion s.m.h. should not sell to independents or people off the street direct. You should have to go to a authorized dealer.

I'm far away from alot of you who are posting, but we do sell to parts to alot of export customers as well. Our overseas customers are very happy with our level of service.

If SMH wont let you in, I have found that in this economy your local vendors will fight for your parts biz. I had a list of my common wearables and some of my more expensive items compiled and solicited bids from all sources, and kinda played one against the other until I got the pricing close. I get some items from one and some from another and they are so desperate for sales they even run them out to my location when needed!! Dont know the overseas conditions, but in So. Cal its pretty terrible for all the equipment guys.

Great topic. We use to source most of our filters from eParts until they were absorbed by SMH. I was also told that eParts was started by SMH to compete with Helmar. My beef with Helmar is that they will sell to an end user and their website includes pricing without a log in. I have been very happy with Helmars offerings but freight is an issue since we are so far south. Flight Systems is great, but we are mostly doing IC repairs.
Helmar and SMH are all I know of that we have left. I have been very happy with SMH- especially X Parts.
