slow travel speed when on wire - Technical Troubleshooting discussion in Forkliftaction's forums

slow travel speed when on wire

urf, just started with slow speed only when on wire, when off wire,speed is normal, but something troubles me is LZ switch never shows up when running ,Tests, and LS switch, below comes on when forks are lowered. checked voltage at LZ(bottom mast) switch, at 5 volts and closes properly

the only way the truck drives on slow is when the forks are lift past the sensor on the right side of the mast, or your swivel is not all the way to the left or to the right, if those sensors are working fine, then your problem is in the wire guided sensors, broken wire in the harness
