Slotting Wareshouse

We are trying to implement slotting in a Warehouse by integrating it with a WMS package. I would like to know the below info:

1. How much it would cost for partial implementation (custom features) or full implementation(all features) of Slotting software in warehouse?

2. Is the cost is decided based on number of licenses procured or is it based on number of years of validity?

Please give me the above information
