ok gary,
they do make service lifts for forklifts, just do some googling and you can find them. I found one called Excalibur Forklift Service Lift at a website mhwmag.com (you should be able to google that and it will give you a link to it). FLA is funny about links here so it probably won't show up.
Now that lift is designed for mainly forklifts up to a certain capacity, not sure about pallet jacks though, those are a bit more tricky when lifting.
Just about any material handling company that sells lifts should be able to get you one of these.

Now if you're just talking about a jack to jack them up off the floor a bit to do service then also, you can get a jack at any of those same places, or your forklift dealer. Totalsource and SMH both have good jacks.

To lift Toyota Mobile Units and Toyota electric Pallet Jacks, the right equipment includes a forklift or a pallet jack with an appropriate lifting capacity and compatible forks or attachments. It's important to ensure the equipment is designed to handle the weight and dimensions of the units safely.

At the opening ceremony of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in 1932, marching bands were instructed to walk out of step as they crossed the bridge. This unusual directive was given as a precaution due to concerns about the bridge's structural integrity during its early use.
