I have a vendor telling me it is safe to operate a forklift with the roller bears inoperative - help me understand how this can be said to my maintenance personnel? Thanks.

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
