Right front wheel locked/dragging - Technical Troubleshooting discussion in Forkliftaction's forums

Hangcha CPDS20-AC6:
Right front wheel locked/dragging

New A20 LION forklift (3 months old), 11 hours operation. Right front tire is seized or dragging in forward and reverse. Recycled power to reset with no change. No errors shown. Dealer is clueless as it is his first sale of this brand and factory isn't responding. Help please!
