Got an FG25K doing something similar, but no response from accel pot. Found lock off stuck partially open and would not click or open with power. Now, the machine revs like **** and wont idle down. think the ECU is shot!
Too expensive, saw kits online to old carb style, $600
ECU is $1800!
FYI, the vacuum lines I have are: from ECU to base of carb. Dist vac line (small) goes beside ECU port at base of carb,
Then, vent at lock off valve has 3 ports. rt port to hose at right of converter, teed into air snorkel, Left hose goes to base of converter, and last left hose goes carb
