Hi all,

I've acquired a PH02A-25V for free but it is in pretty rough shape and needs some TLC. I'm pretty sure it has an H20 engine. I will be using this forklift for home use.

So far the PTO chain is slipping badly, timing chain is very loose, distributor advance is seized, valve guides are badly worn. Among other things.

When I removed the PTO cover/chain I noticed two studs sticking out of the PTO case on top of the chain. They were worn down I assume from the chain rubbing on them. Was there at one time a tensioner that mounted to these studs?

I've ordered a new PTO chain, a timing chain, a timing chain tensioner, and an O/H gasket set.

If anyone has a manual for this engine or machine it would be most greatly appreciated.

Fact of the week
The black box flight recorder was invented by Australian scientist David Warren in the mid-1950s. While initially met with indifference in Australia, his invention gained international recognition, particularly in the UK, and is now a mandatory piece of safety equipment on all commercial aircraft.
