I have 2 legs of 24v coming form the battery going to access 3. out of access 3 to the motor, I am showing 9-12v on each leg going to motor when its engaged, forward or reverse, the wheel barely moves and motor leads get super hot. what should the voltage be going to each leg? and do I need to go back and look at the POT on the throttle controls? this is my first time working on a powered hand truck. thanks
