I have a M50D with the above code. I have disconnected all three of the IGBT'S with no affect. The minute you turn the key on you get the code. Drive motor was just rebuilt and a new battery installed. Is there away to check T1D and T2D ? All contacts are open and all diodes have been checked. Any suggestions ?

Thanks In Advance jjr

Fact of the week
In March 2002, identical twins in Finland died on the same day in similar accidents within hours of each other. A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
