Got it...I am both the owner and operator.
Fluids are all correct...no leaks
I had a tech look at it this morning and he says the clutch packs have swelled and need to be replaced?.

The tech this morning got it running in forward and reverse but it still goes backward in neutral and it still feels like a brake is dragging when going forward.
