Thanks for the reply. Failure codes 23 (open in drive arm); 40 (m detected closed); 44 (pc detected closed). Failure determined by failing ramp test (Od); testing with known good compoment - as far as intial experiance for codes 40,44.Some failures are related to Q1 failure and testing CCM (ramp test) Before connecting collector lead to new Q1. Other times on 23 Q1 will pass and the CCM fails ramp test. Dry and climate controlled 1M sq ft dist center. Floors good except at fire door joints where some repair should be done. Housekeeping is better than most.
