When lowering the mast it started intermittently lowering slow to the point of being unusable. Now it will not lower the carriage after the second stage has lowered.

On the bottom of the control value just above the solenoid on the bottom of the lift spool there is a small bolt that when removed allows the mast to lower at its normal speed all the way down, but with the bolt removed or even loosened it will not raise the mast if it does it is very slow to do so. The solenoid is receiving power and when the key is off it will not lower at all as is normally the case.

I think that the solenoid is not opening fully as it should causing the mast to lower very slow. Just wanted to know if anyone else had this problem and if it was the solenoid. Also if anyone has the part number.

Thanks in advance.
