Hi Louisr A few things to consider Parts supply its no good supplying a truck to a customer then finding out you cant fix it. Repairs how many engineers will you need to repair what you supply no matter how good the truck it will break and need servicing as the supplier you supply this not the manufacturer. Depot you will need somewhere to PDI the machine before supplying it to the customer and a workshop to carry out major repairs. This industry is a very expensive one to start out in its not just about supply its more about support get this side of the business wrong and any customers you gain at the start you will loose.
