Areas of concern that have caused this code to set are as follows:

( quantity 2 ). Loose bolts found.
Air leak.

- Failed air temperature sensor ( integral part of the mass air flow sensor assembly) (
quantity 4 ).

- Air temperature sensor read -45 degree C. when actual air temperature was 30 to 36
degree C..
This is an open in the Air temperature sensor circuit.

- Leaking cup seal between the injection holder and the throttlebody.
Seal was cut or folded. ( quantity 11 ).
Air Leak.

- Blocked filter in the injection holder. Fuel restriction
Leaking Main injector O-ring or seal ( quantity 2 ).
O-ring was cut and seal was cut.
Air leak.

where the injection holder and throttlebody mounts ( quantity 2 ).

- Air Leaks and loss of fuel delivery to the cylinders.

- Air cleaner restriction. By dirt. The dirt got wet and became mud like ( quantity 1 ).
Restricted air flow.

- Vaporizer leaking internally. Fuel pressure is too high ( quantity 8 ).
Irregular air fuel ratio.

- Air fuel ratio. Fuel pressure is too low. Fuel lock plunger is stuck shut, vaporizer
malfunction, Filter screen blocked, open check valve

- Leaking injection holder check valve. Stuck valve.
