to get the hour meter you just have to press the "0" on the display.
to get into the superword press the enter button. then enter 1 or 2 or the last 5 of the serial number or the last 7. it could be anything. you may have to call the local dealer and have them hook a laptop to it and default the truck to reset it to the factory setting.
