I always think it is best to converse about these types of things on an open forum like this, as it will be a searchable record that may well help someone else at some later point, and if there is some mistake it gives others a chance to speak up and offer their opinions as to the correct procedures and information, but you are always welcome to ask, and it is no bother at all.
you may also wish to include a valid e-mail in your -profile- (the forum software strips out properly formed e-mail and URL addresses, This IS a good thing, as it keeps down the automated 'phishing' for e-mail address, and makes it more difficult for spammers and scammers to automate an attack this forum's members)
