I need a little help on an issue i am having with a raymond counterbalance model 4150 or 4250 not sure. I am not the mechanic but the supervisor of the shift and responsible for keeping things safe. The problem iswhen the forks are lifted to any height and the trigger is let go the forks will drop sometimes a good foot and a half. Slamming on to shelves that pallets are sitting on. This has been going on for a year at minimum... The mechanic doesn't seem to know what's going on with it. Has not been able to fix the problem. Any input on what the problem is would be highly appreciated! It's very unsafe and i want the problem resolved asap
