E-21 Air flow meter fault
1. When air flow meter output current of 0.5V
or less (break or short) continues for a length
of time while engine is running.
2. When air flow meter output current of 4.9V
or more (break or short) continues for a
length of time with the engine stopped (key
SW in ON position)
