When powering up this machine I turn the key switch on the first time and it goes straight to F5 code and nothing works. Turn the key off and then on and it goes through self-test and as soon as you step on the deadman pedal it throughs code 6G. Turn the key off and then on for the third time and the truck powers up correctly without any codes and it continues to work properly until the battery needs charging or the key is turned off.

Has anyone else had is problem and if so what did you do to correct it.

Thank you,
