if you are getting codes when you move the levers the problem probably isn't in the motor. however if the motor is very hot and very slow you are probably right about the sensor. you can check it in the analyzer mode, there will be two variables. one is actual speed the other is speed requested. if they are not close swap the controllers. the one on the right side sitting on the truck is the pump. if the speed numbers are still not close replace the sensor
