I can't give you an exact year of manufacture but based on the serial # it was a unit built in Japan. Mitsubishi started assembly of forklifts in the US around 1988. If the serial number had an "A" prefix (like AF82-XXXXX) it would have been built in Houston. So this unit is at least a 1988 or older model.
The capacity ratings are given as with & without a side shift (4700 @ 24" lc w/o side shift & 4350 @ 24 lc w/sideshift)
