Under the cover, next to the horn is a blue relay with only two wires going to it. Voltage meter on these two wires shows 2.12 volts with the blinkers on or off.

the wires plug into terminal 1 and 2 on the relay. 73 Ohms resistance is measured across those terminals.

Nothing plugs into the N.O. switched terminals 3 and 4.
