Don't think you'll have any luck finding a site that provides what you are looking for.
You best bet would be to locate a a website for each lift trucks manufacturer, many (not all) have their spec sheets (some down loadable) on their. Big job.
There is a company in the US "Lift Truck Guru" that does a nice job in collecting & assembling lift trucks data in a concise package. Most of the data they collect are for current production model lift trucks sold in North America. Of course, this is not "free" you'll need to get out the check book - you won't need the BIG checkbook. Do a Google search to get there contact info.
No aware of similar companies in Europe, Asia, etc that publish a similar product. Maybe folks from those areas can provide direction.
