From my personal experience he is a very successful and knowlegeable sales & Marketing professional who ran a very professional Toyata dealer sales team - good luck to Derek although I think he is going to need it I'm sure the Pampolona guys will help out... as well as adding some heavyweight dealers to add to the key ones in my opinion like HFT and Liftwest. Best to write off the past two or three years and look forward I believe.
