Thanks for your advise, Edward, but she is using special oil for cold storage because we bought the forklift as a pack with the plant that include a shellfish process room with a 1.000 ton cold storage and, on the other hand, we live on a very cold weather area.
We are thinking that maybe the cause can be a relief valve that is not working properly or the system need a bigger electric motor to drive it.
