Hi Leon,
Have you tried to jack up the truck to see if it can run lightly when the contactors closed ? Or you can try to use the DC Ampere meter to check if there is the power output to motor. If you can read the Ampere value on the meter please let me know how much ? This is very important information before thinking out any more steps.
