Being stumped by a newer model electric reach from Hyster. Its an AC truck. serial D470N01918E. It will not go to full lift height. Oil level is good. It reaches the same height and stops. Motor still seems to run but sounds like its possibly going into relief. If you lower it some and try to lift it back up, it will not move upwards again. Only bringing it to free-lift height will get it to go up but then again stop at the same spot. Almost like a reset. I did figure out how to browse the menu and had some help from a friendly tech. Could not find a height sensor on mast and could not locate in the truck setting menu a factory default for perhaps the auto stop for racking height. Any ideas?
