I also have a truck with similar problem. I have power steering to the left, but not to the right. I have replaced both SCRs, tested the motor for operation both directions, checked the potentiometer in both directions, and I get codes 514 (PS-TR), 526 (PS-C SENSOR), and 531 (OPEN/V.UNDER). I have Hitachi board GD004397-1.
