Hi Luis. I have the same problem with a Crown RR before. Point at 4.7V is ok. Directional Contactor comes in at 3.7V i.e. when you depressed the pedal. If you have lost the reference of the pot. all you do is to set the dead point at 5000 ohms and when you depressed the pedal fully it should be around zero ohms Please check on the contactor tips to see that they are properly connected. If this is ok try to fit a new No. 3 REC. Hope this info help.
