Crown has a much better dealer network in IL..... Jungheinrich is nothing special, and still not always easy to get parts when you need... The extra steel on the crown and the more durable frame/torsion bar will make the unit last a lot longer.... Ive been around some jungheinrichs and have not seen that good of luck after year 1.......... you get what you pay for
