I don't know anything about Omega trucks but with two of you experiencing the same problems it certainly is not good advertising for them.
It's too bad when forklift manufacturers care more about the prospects who have not yet purchased anything instead of trying develop loyalty from people who have put trust in their company by purchasing their products. I think that it happens way, way, way too often in this industry. All I can say is watch out for the flip side because it has a way of coming back to haunt them.
It reminds me of how you get treated at some resort golf courses, once you get to the first tee they hound you and watch you like a hawk so that you don't hold up the golfers who haven't even gotten to the course yet. Well you know maybe they never will!
