Hey there, Very curious if you solved this issue? We are having basically the same issue with our H70ft. We had the Fuel pressure regulator changed as it had a bad diaphragm in it but the problem continues. If you rev it our for 10-20 seconds when cold then it idles fine but still low on power. I replaced the o2 sensor but still has the rough idle or no idle when cold and low on power.
