First, you need to check the CANBUS system. Looking at the steer column, on the right side you should see a black rubber cover. Under that is a connector with 3 sockets. Battery unplugged, connect ohm meter between pin A and B, reading should be about 60 ohms. Could be as low as 45 ohms depending on the system. If you read 120 ohms, one termination resistor has failed. If all is good, suspect failed connection at the VSM. Look for failed or damaged harness, possible pins and sockets. The codes all list the VSM. That is why you need to verify connection at VSM. Good Luck.
