Machines usually read voltage at startup, but starup will put a serious load on battery - all the capacitors.start to load, drive and hydraulic motors and magnetic brakes receive a load. If I were you I'd monitor battery voltage drops at startup. It's possible battery is not up to spec for configured battery in Linde's software. If battery test well under load, I would configure machine to lower battery spec(from 560aH to 400 aH or whatever is minimum on software, however I'm not sure about Linde's configuration possibilites. Usually battery level is measured by output voltage, that has wear trims for charged battery and empty battery. 92 might be in overcharge category when the machine is configured for acid wet cell battery - 80 cell charge should be somewhere around 85.2V, or 2.13*40 cells. I'm sure someone with linde knowledge will be more helpful.
