Check your starter ring gear

If it has any wear it will throw a code and will not rev ,remove

the speed aguisition sensor or the RPM sensor and take a screwdriver and look at the ring
Gear turn the engine through the hole and inspect ring gear when replacing the RPM sensor push all the way down to touch the gear
then pull up about 1/4 inch and
tighten down
Also if this is a dual pedal unit take your foot a pull up a little on either pedal and start while holding pedal up if it revs then you will have to rebuild the pedal assy
