you could try contacting Equipment Depot in Boston. TCM brand was combined with the Nissan brand and became UniCarriers about 10 years ago. All TCM product was replaced with Nissan trucks. About 5 years ago UniCarriers became part of Mitsubishi Logisnext. Equipment Depot is also part of Logisnext. Equipment Depot may refer you to the UniCarriers factory for a truck that old and they may not have info on it. The TCM brand name is still used in Europe.
