Most likely the throttle position sensor, try unbloting the sensor from the truck and operating it with your hand. Turn the ignition on and see if it will work, if not turn ignition off advance the arm on the sensor slightly and turn ignition back on, keep trying this in different positions. If you do get it to work the truck may need calibrating with laptop once the sensor is back on. I had one do this the other week.
