Hi, I am new to this and I wanted to see if anybody knows how to troubleshoot some issues I'm having with my crown RR 3000.

First thing which is a pretty big issue and why I don't really want to use this forklift much with the equipment and materials we have it's only on a high speed for lifting so once I press the joystick to lift up or bring down it goes on super high speed either way and if I'm not careful or paying attention, it can really damage parts I'm using or Materials I'm trying to lift or lower.
Other than that, I think the forklift is great with all the options that it has, which my others do not have but I want to get this one fixed so this would be my better option.
The second problem that I am having in this one just occurred not too long ago when moving forward I had to mess with the joystick in other words press up or down or go backwards before I can go forward and then once it does go forward if it goes too quick or jerks real quick it'll stop and not go forward any longer.
After a while, it stopped going forward completely and I could only go backwards so I decided to look into some forums to see if anybody knows what the problem could be. I located the two sensors and was able to press on the sensor while the machine is on and I did drive. Does this mean that this is a bad sensor?
Also, is there a way to control the speed?
One other thing I noticed that there are two motors for lifting and lowering, and only one of them are working. I have not seen the other one moving at all. Could this be the problem that why it's only moving at a very fast speed? If anybody knows any of these, please reply thank you.

Fact of the week
In Germany, the 9th of November is sometimes called Schicksalstag, the "Day of Fate" because it has been the day for several major historical events, including the horrors of Kristallnacht in 1938 and the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989.
