I just purchased a non running 2010 Yale Forklift, propane. The last owner said they were just driving it and it quit. It has been sitting for a year. I installed a new battery and it cranks fine. Showing Fault 2000-12. I tested the yellow and green wires at the connector on the steering column with the battery disconnected and it read.48 ohms I reconnected the battery and turned the key on and it reads 0.15 volts. I tested the two termination connectors that I could find and one was 145.5 and the other was 128.9 I also want to add that the headlights stay on unless I unplug them, don't know if that's related or not. I also want to add that the computer on the firewall under the plastic cover looks new, so I think someone tried to fix this machine. But I great deal on it so I'm good with that just don't want to go on a parts replacement binge trying to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.
