Having issues with this 04 diesel at the shop. Myself and our diesel tech have done as much as we can think of ill start from the beginning.
Forklift had issues starting and idling.. the intake heat grid was toasted and the intake grid computer was damaged in what looked like a flood. Replaced computer and heat grid. Start to notice the denso injection pump was leaking. Pulled timing cover and behold the injection gear was advanced 3 teeth. Sent out pump and injectors to get rebuilt. Re assembled with all timing marks lined up.. Installed rebuilt injection pump and timed the pump to the standard 0.81mm with a dial gauge. Starting up with ether to bleed each fuel line and after bleeding the lines the truck is idling fine and I think im in the clear after some minor adjustments to the injection pump angle. Runs great and strong for a half hour after adjusting the idle a little. Come in this morning won't start without jump start again and won't idle. This has been a headache and a half, if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated, tired of seeing this truck in my bay!!

Thanks in advance
