you need to post the model and serial number (at least the 1st 2 parts of the serial)
but for an orderpicker it means it detected an open in the main transistor circuit upon startup

this may be the same for a reach but im not sure

is the problem intermittent? or is the truck dead with a 23 right when you turn it on?

are you the operator? owner? or a tech?
