Thanks swoop
I have checked the fuses, both static and under load. The display is somewhat unreadable, however i can makeout when it says seat, or park brake brake. There is a group of wires that come off the control switches to a junction block, some of those wires i get 36 volts. I assume that when the switch closes it sends a signal to the card, and that inturns sends a ground signal to the contact sol?? I will check those fuses under the step you mentioned as well.

Fact of the week
At the opening ceremony of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in 1932, marching bands were instructed to walk out of step as they crossed the bridge. This unusual directive was given as a precaution due to concerns about the bridge's structural integrity during its early use.
