23150-20171-71 located under right rear fender. As well i have Torque converter cover number is m02-fg25-40400. Need any info about it. I really need service manual and parts catalog on it. Any help is appreciated.

First of all the number is a part number and not a serial number.

02-FG25 is your model number which was made in Japan
40400 is your serial number.

These are very old machines and are getting difficult to get parts now as they are obsolete from Toyota.
