Getting information on these old machines is like finding chickens teeth. Took me about 2 weeks to determine even what model engine my 3 series has in it. Looking at the Toyota Brochure (posted to the web page below) it is listed as a 5R.
Not sure at all what engine the 2 series has in it.

Toyota ships stuff all over the world, if their cars are anything like their lifts they may use diff engines in diff countries..

To tell em apart: The 5R engine has the oil filter located under the carburetor, the 4P has the oil filter located on the other side of the engine, over by the distributor.
