Raymond EASi Code 25

We are getting a code 25 and the machine will not move in forward or reverse, but all other systems are functioning. Any ideas what this code is and what is causing this?

We called them last week. All they could tell us is it's a drive code. They are sending a tech to take a look at it. The code went away later the same day and has yet to reappear.
