Raymond EASI DR30TT:
Raymond steering jamming

Raymond 31G DR-93-15925
Raymond steering jams only when the Hyd. oil gets hot.
remove steering link arms from drive and caster wheel -free !
swapped out steer orbital no different.
Only thing was changed was a caster wheel??
Any advise?

easi your right disassemble the drive unit bull ring ,the band where damage.Had replace the drive unit.

Check your bearing thrust on caster wheel assembly. I had the same issue and the bearing thrust was completely damaged.

Jack up truck, install a dial guage on drive unit. 120 thou is real bad. there will be metal on metal contact once rings are shot. steering may seize

Having any other issues when the oil gets hot? Tilt , sideshift reach issues?

Caster Wheel brgings are O.K and i swapped out the Hydraulic steer motor out and same thing.The radial ring when braking the drive motor moves a lot.If the radial ring is the cause can u shot me a Re/Re repair steps and long does the re/re takes?

You changed the Hydraulic steer motor? That usually goes. Are the radial rings worn? Drive unit could drag. Caster wheel pivot brg can seize too
